Common questions

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to Profile → Delete Account. This is immediate and permanent — it removes your account and match history and can't be undone.

I found a bug, or a match didn't end correctly.

Email us at support@wallcross.app with what happened and, if you can, roughly when it happened — that's usually enough for us to find the match on our end.

How does matchmaking work?

Random Opponent pairs you with another player searching at the same time control, widening the acceptable rating gap the longer you wait. Invite a Friend gives you a link or code to share directly.
